Today we have developed a number of ways to stay healthy enjoying modern life, there are health supplements, food supplements, health equipments that use advanced modern health care technology, yet somewhere we feel that they are not complete, they are lacking somewhere else we wouldn’t have required any further research on the subject, there was need to develop new health supplements which were better and more effective then there earlier versions.
In last few years, we have somewhere realized the importance of nature, that is why we have added a new word in health dictionaries called “organic” which only means 100% natural, something which grows naturally, which is free from unnecessary human interaction. Sometimes it even seems ridiculous that when we have had natural products we blindly used technology to make them look good, feel good, changed characteristics to suit our requirements and now when almost all products are using this modern technology we feel have somewhere realized that natural products i.e. organic products are better even best, they may or may not look good, taste good but they were worked excellently with our body system, its functions, its optimum functioning.

Are Organic Foods, Herbs, Vegetable & Fruits Viable Options Today

Are We Really Getting Enough Supply of Healthy Organic Products to Meet Present Market Demand
Today we see that demand for organic products is rising, there carry a cost which is much higher then the same products without the organic tag. We can see that today market is flooded with a number of organic food supplements, fruits and vegetables etc. Are we really getting enough organic products in this supply of organic tagged supplements or we have developed a new market for fake products.

We must understand that production is limited in organic farming, even the crop takes more time to get ready, then there are a number of other problems which are inherent, some of which can only be handled using solutions provided by modern science. Yet, we find that on one hand we are still misusing technology to interfere with the nature i.e., we are overusing chemical fertilizers, pesticides, insecticide to get more output and on the other we are looking for safe, natural alternatives which we believe carry best solutions for our modern health concerns.

Are Organic Foods & Herbs Really Pure Natural Products, delivered directly by the nature. Can We Really Grow Enough Organic Fruits & Vegetables Even Today

May be we’ve realized, the importance of organic fruits and vegetables, if we have money we can buy any quantity from the markets, but the question is can we really grow enough organic fruits, vegetables and herbs to meet present market demand without actually compromising anywhere.
Today we see that almost everyone from modern health care system is advocating the tremendous benefits of fruits and vegetables, even natural home based remedies require pure natural products and it is also well known that today it is not feasible/possible to feed everyone with organic food as there is not enough land and other resources available for farming.

What Is The Solution in these Conditions to Stay Healthy Naturally

We cannot change everything as things that are working around us are not working independently but inter-dependently, so in order to change the one, we have to change the other and thus we won’t be able to change anything as it will be confusing. It is better to do something in the right direction which can help us to reach somewhere near the solution. The best solution for those who have some time and space, is to start “organic gardening” in the space around there home or they can plant some trees around there house or anywhere where there is some space for one or more plants or trees or even in small pots in a garden.
This will help in many ways, first it will benefit those who live a sedentary life to do something actively, second it will also release some mental stress as our mind gets absorbed in other tasks which aren’t today part of our modern lifestyle, third we can use organic waste of our home as manure in these plants, fourth it will add a tiny bit of greenery, will provide a bit of clean breathing air and if everyone of us tries to do something then we’ll definitely help improve health and genuine organic supply.

Anyway this article isn’t against anyone, it is just a honest opinion, which each one of us who are looking for alternative ways to stay healthy and fit should should understand, staying healthy isn’t a state of isolation from surroundings, its a state of enjoying a healthy surrounding in tune with the nature, which is only possible when we not only look for ways to improve our own health but also think about our planet, our surrounding, nature.

Research on Benefits of Organic Foods : This is a news article published in online edition of FoxNew. I’ll like to quote some text related to modifying DNA in genetically modified foods using a unnatural processes (processes that do not take place naturally in this order or way).

“By definition, the DNA of genetically modified organisms has been altered in a way that does not occur naturally, according to the World Health Organization. Food producers cite the advantages of genetic modification as increased crop protection, disease resistance, and herbicide tolerance. I don’t know about you, but the idea of putting anything unnaturally altered into my body because it makes life easier for conventional food producers is not terribly appealing.”

Is it really possible to stay healthy, when we are all prone to illness and disease of modern time, where taking a medical insurance is a must and an essential part of life. Is it really possible to stay healthy and fit, following our normal lifestyle, doing things we have been doing, for a living or as a part of our life. This is a question which we normally ask after the illness sets in or we are diagnosed with some disease, at that time we try to find alternative ways to stay healthy, look for ways which can be helpful in insuring that we are protected from health problems to some extent.

Is It Possible to Stay Healthy and Fit

Yes, it is definitely possible to stay healthy and fit naturally to a great extent, by understanding natural laws of health and fitness. Natural laws aren’t very difficult to understand, as they are simple natural things that are supported by nature, for example, it is healthy to sleep at night, then in noon or during the day. Why?

Sleeping at night is a natural process, everything in nature switches state after the sunsets and sunrise, we can find it on our own by looking at birds and animals around us, even plants are said to be at rest during the night. Night is the best time to rest and relax and this is a law of nature, which I don’t think is very difficult to understand.

How Can We Stay Healthy and Fit

Staying physically and mentally healthy and fit isn’t a difficult task to achieve, there are so many tips available from a number of resources, we can choose some of them which can easily fit into our lifestyle and they will some become our second habit. In my personal view our education system should inculcate these habits in a student right from his/her childhood.

1. Eat A Healthy Diet :

A healthy diet is definitely something which is natural or close to natural (as today it isn’t possible to really find something which is truly natural, whether its food or drinks, vegetables or fruits, milk or eggs, everything is a part of production and there is some short of human intervention in this process either to increase production or to maintain quality), weather its breakfast, lunch or dinner we can have anything we’ll like to have, we only need to see whether it is natural or good for health.

Even if we take a 100% natural and healthy diet, we may not be able to retain that 100% in our body, why because it is not only important to eat healthy, it is also important to eat food with concentration, sitting calm and relaxed is also important to get most out of our diets.

2. Drink More Water :

Are we drinking enough water, it is important to drink enough water each day, water plays an important part in our body, it is crucial to regulate body functions and no other drink can be used to replace water (i.e. natural thirst). Today a number of health problems like headache, tiredness, lack of concentration are related to lack of water in our body. There is a great book by a Doctor which says that in modern lifestyle our body is actually crying for water and we visit a doctor for treatment and take medicines for these water generated symptoms.

3. Sleep When Its Time to Sleep :

Sleeping is very important for staying healthy and fit, even one night’s disturbed sleep can create many problems next day (we can observer it on several occasions) and if we disturb our sleeping pattern regularly it is likely to disturb the balance of our body system (which simply means getting more prone to disease or illness or some health problem) and ultimately we have to see a doctor and may be undergo treatment.

4. Just A Breath Isn’t Enough, Breathing Correctly Is Also Important :

All of us breathe, as we have to breathe because we are all living beings, animals who survive on air. We may or may not realize the importance of air and breathing correctly, but I’ll like to tell you that there is a traditional health system which claims to treat and cure, almost all health problems with breathing techniques (and its true).  Today, we don’t understand the importance of breathing and realize how breathing correctly can improve our health and fitness, protects us from diseases and illness to greater extent.

5. Do Some Physical Work Regularly :

May be today, our work and environment has made it possible for us to complete most of our day to day task without even moving away from our chair, but our body isn’t an electronic machine, it is still in physical form, it is still working on its traditional mechanical system and every mechanical system has to move in order to stay in order. Healthy drinks, food supplements and healthy accessories cannot replace physical work, we have to do something actively each day if we wish to keep our body, as its naturally intended to be. If we cannot work, we can walk or we can exercise or look for something which is best for us in our present circumstances.

6. Our Posture Is Also Important for Physical Fitness :

Our sitting, sleeping, eating, walking posture not only effect our looks or physical fitness, they also impact our health, a poor posture isn’t a natural posture, it is likely to effect our body processes, to make it more easy to understand we can look at aerobic and anaerobic exercises, what are aerobic exercises, they are simply moving in posture and they have good effect on our health, which also means that a bad posture is not good for health. Even a poor posture can be root cause of many health problems.

7. Take Some Time off to Live A Life :

We all have life but only few of us are actually living a life, following there heart and mind. We all are human beings, we also have emotions and feelings, we aren’t computers or machines who can work all the time, according to a program or schedule, we need some time off. It’s a natural human tendency, we cannot work like a machine or modern humanoid, we tend to show symptoms of illness after some time. Even the milk that we get from a cow or buffalo is a result of this feeling or emotion for her offspring.

8. Try to Be Honest and Play A Positive Role in Life :

May be today we don’t consider honesty and positivity as an important ingredient for staying healthy and fit but it does not effects its real role in our life. They are linked to our mind and body which is often taught in a mind, body, spirit workshop. Actually health and fitness cannot be treated separately, natural human tendencies and everything listed in this post are related in some way to insure health and fitness of human body and mind.

This isn’t all, this is just a glimpse for staying healthy naturally for life.

Happy Stay Healthy

Happiness is a measurement of healthiness. If we are healthy we are happy (which is our natural tendency), if we are unhealthy obviously we can never enjoy happiness.

No one can think of happiness in illness or diseased condition , as happiness also conveys security and self-confidence both of which exist in a healthy body and when we are sick, we are worried, unable to enjoy life normally.

In our day to day life when there are no health problems or illness we can think about staying happy (today our lifestyle makes our life too busy and we do not even have time to enjoy what we already have, so even though our current circumstances are good and indicate happiness, we may not have enough time to feel the same and the way to keep in touch with these feelings is to keep these feelings in mind). Everyday stress is today a normal part of life. We can try many things to add something to everyday life, which can help us to forget these everyday problems and spend some time in peace (which will obviously result in some happy moments).

Happiness Harmones and Positive Thinking

Be Happy to Stay HealthyHappiness generates positive energy, a positive environment which helps us to stay healthy and fit both physically as well as mentally and best way to enjoy health with happiness is possible when we isolate our self from our day to day activities and take some time off alone in activities which please us. These activities can be anything either playing music or listening to music, gardening, walking, cooking or cleaning.

In terms of medical science happiness leads to positive thinking due to some harmones which are released in our body (also termed as psychological effects of happiness).

Our modern views try to achieve natural results using artificial means, which take less efforts and are automated, in this case our pharmaceutical companies may try to find an alternative way to release these happiness harmones for those who need it.

Do you think we can achieve similar results using artificial tricks as one that takes place naturally.

May be it looks like there is no immediate relation between staying happy to stay healthy but they are mutually dependent, just like health is related to living beings, happiness is also an indication of quality of life they live, there psychology.

A Happy Lifestyle Is Healthy Lifestyle

Today when stress is a part of life, as modern gadgets are not actually helping us to solve our problems, they are responsible for the everyday stress to a large extent, they too require time and attention along with throwing radiations in various degrees (maybe they follow latest safety standards). Managing all these modern home appliances lead to mental stress which isn’t good for mental health i.e. happiness. Sometimes it seems that it is better to throw all these gadgets and home appliances and complete these tasks manually as this will not only keep us mentally engaged (which means less stress) but will also improve physical health and minimize the effects of sedentary lifestyle like weight control.

Today we have replaced most of our manual work with electronic gadgets and home appliances and now we not only have extra calories to burn but extra time to think and take extra stress.

The type of happiness required to stay healthy cannot be generated using modern gadgets, watching TV, shopping, making money, it can only be felt internally, when we enjoy life in peace without worrying, enjoying some time in solitude, trying meditation
