Natural Health & Body Fitness

Our body is a marvel of nature it is so complicated and difficult to understand that medical science has yet not been able to resolve a number of queries. On the other hand our body is so simple and easy to understand that even a common man can easily understand how to take care of it.

Our body like other natural and artificial things need food or fuel to perform various actions inside and outside the body. One major difference between natural and artificial living things and objects is that man made objects or machines work on predetermined fuel or energy source whereas living being depends on a number of products and sources to drive various nutrients required by their body.

If we don’t mess with our body & daily routine and do things in natural and planned ways our chances of leading a healthy and happy life increases sharply. In case we disturb this natural equilibrium between nature, health and body, returning to previous healthy state won’t be so easy, because complicated machinery working inside the body has been disturbed and now we don’t know whether it is a problem related to nutrition or malfunctioning of some organ or any of a number of reasons for such problems.

It is always better and advisable to take care of our body, nutrition and health everyday because

PREVENTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE

There are a number of tried and tested ways for years that we can adopt in our day to day life to keep our body healthy and in tune with nature. One thing that we should always keep in mind is that there is no natural, artificial or man made fool proof way which can guarantee 100% fit and healthy body. They only help in ensuring and minimizing problems related to body and health.

Keeping our body healthy and fit doesn’t require anything unusual to be done, if we include some normal looking but highly effective measures known to protect health and fitness in our daily routine we’ll enjoy a more healthy and happier life. Some of them can be:-

  • Woking Up early in the morning.

  • Walking or Jogging.

  • Exercising for at least 5-10 minutes to stay fit.

  • Taking good sleep of at least 6 to 8 hours daily in routine.

  • Taking meals in time.

  • Eating healthy natural food i.e., avoiding processed foods.

  • Enjoying time with family and friends.

  • Sparing some time for hobbies and interests i.e. in things that interest you and aren’t linked directly to your profession or job.

  • Keeping a surrounding which is closer to nature.

You can choose anyone or all of these depending on your interests and nature. These aren’t any Rule or Law but simple guidelines that can help us keep our body healthy & fit and life happier & enjoyable.
