In my life I’ve seen both the colors of life i.e. life when I don’t get enough sleep due to work pressure or when heavy work schedule takes my sleep away even when I try to sleep and the period of days during which I enjoy a good sleep every night without any problem and trouble. The reasons that I’ve found myself for sleepless nights and sleeping problems is my own habits and lifestyle. When I am relaxed and cool, simply doing my work without any excitement, I enjoy life along with good natural sleep every day. When I try to mix with too many people around or try to force myself to achieve something for material gain I get over excited with work and planning, which not only effects my sleeping pattern but also my eating pattern.
I loose sleep when I loose my natural appetite for food. I can’t eat the food calmly with ease because I am less interested in food and more interested in my work related schedule, all these things if continued for a week or month, turns radiance of my face down, make me a bit short tempered as I enter an unhealthy state. I discover this when I face a mirror.
All these symptoms are a sign of a breeding illness and if I don’t take a note of these problem immediately in a couple of days I may be forced to take some medication or alternative remedy for health. I can manage things and schedules of my life but for those who don’t have that much liberty in life or there task is more important then personal health and comfort should take some other alternative therapy to stay healthy and fit like ganoderma based products.
