Physical health is a way to maintain our health and fitness with our activities or life-style like walking daily, jogging, running, bicycling, exercising, doing Yoga and feeding our body with right type of food and drinks. There are so many ways to maintain and retain physical health which also improve our overall health and thus improving our immunity system and reducing chances of illness, disease and injury. It also helps in faster and better recovery for a person under medication.

Even if our sleeping pattern is disturbed for a day or two we can see and feel its effect on our physical as well as mental health. So, its importance cannot be overlooked. Good sleep is a natural tonic for health and we must ensure that we get enough sleep everyday. Enjoying natural sleep regularly reduces number of problems that we face in everyday life.
