Today most of us are not physically active, a little physical activities that we do are either for fun or entertainment or just moving withing our house or office. All its parts and body organs perform well when they are put to use (if not rigorous use). Today we want to eat well and still unable to use that energy, today we eat more than what we actually need and most of that we eat now a days is junk, useless food.

Health is Wealth

Health is wealth is a common age old saying, which finds its usefulness even today. Health is not only wealth but even more precious than that. Health is under priced when we have it and the day we loose our healthy condition its price starts rising and if we still don’t take it seriously it will become priceless i.e., we will like to get it at any cost but then it will not be possible.

Our natural tendency is that when we have health we try to run after the wealth without looking at the extremes, by the time we accumulate enough wealth and are ready to enjoy it we find that now we don’t have enough appetite left to even taste and enjoy advantages of being wealthy.  Soon when our health gets further degraded and it becomes difficult to even perform day to day tasks normally, we turn to health. We look around with our wealth at disposal to get our health back but it isn’t always possible as we hardly get this feeling in time. We only feel and realize importance of our physical health when its too late.

Health is a sign of life and if we can’t maintain it in a good condition we’ll loose a number of vital ingredients in life.
